Where we ship
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost
Free delivery on all UK orders over £20. Orders under £20 are charged a flat rate of £2.99. Your delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Most UK orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days of being dispatched. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you to confirm it is on its way, along with tracking details where they are available.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or it arrives damaged, please contact us via the contact form on our website and we will put it right. Please report any damage as soon as your order arrives.

Returns and guarantee
Every machine is covered by our 1 year guarantee, and you have 30 days to request a return under our Refund Policy.
